Welcome to Earth Day 2026! This form is for all who wish to exhibit at the Celebration.

Participation Fees
Your fees will be paid at a later time, not within this form.

For any vendors with sales, the fee is $30 for a 10x10, $40 for a 10x20.
Nonprofit or Informational booths are $20.
We have found great success in working with artists to curate a beautiful space. The fee for artists is a percentage of sales.

These fees are considered a tax-deductible donation and help us keep this event free to the community! We will accept payment at a later time. MSBEC is a 501(c)(3) organization. Our tax ID is 68-0233272.

Your Agreement and Application
Please fill out the application form below and choose the Type of activity or business that matches what you are bringing to Earth Day as an Exhibitor. We will send more information and request payment after receiving your application; all payments are considered donations and support the free community event. Answer the questions to the best you are able to at this time.

Also, let us know if there are more people than you hosting your table or area. You may add those names where you see Click here to add add'l adults at table. 

If you understand that there is a participation fee, please select Yes in the Do you understand that there is an associated fee? question in this form. If you feel that you need to discuss other options because the entry fee is a barrier to your participation, please select that choice.
